This group is designed for people that are truly interested in sending packages to both troops as well as the children of other countries in conflict. This may include Iraqi children as well as Afghanistan. I would also like to extend to the family left at home. We have a lot of military spouses left at home with children struggling to get by. Through the "Adopt a Hero" program, we can help families at home with wipes, gift cards, diapers, or other needed items. My kid requests for other countries come from the troops and most involve used clothing or toys. The soldiers get packages. You can contact me at our.heroes@comcast.net.
